On a Milk Sea (I). Bonne fin d'année…

Bandol, dernier soir avant le déluge, du côté de la plage de Barry. Dans une lumière laiteuse couleur d’absinthe – le Sud aussi peut avoir ses furies. Le breuvage est violent, envoûtant, iodé comme un Islay.  On le dégusterait en écoutant Small Craft on a Milk Sea de Brian Eno. Ce qui serait une façon très appropriée de vous souhaiter une bonne fin d’année !

Bandol, last night before the flood near the Barry beach. In the milky absinthe light, even the South may have his fury. The beverage is violent, haunting, iodine as Islay malt, we could enjoy it while listening to Small Craft on a Milk Sea by Brian Eno. What would be very appropriate to wish you a good End of the Year!


Quart d’heure historique : c’est exactement ici que Cousteau et les “Mousquemers” ont essayé le premier scaphandre autonome ; difficile à imaginer ce soir-là…
La suite ? Évidemment, l’année prochaine ! Mais vous conviendrez qu’au regard de l’an passé, il y a du mieux côté lumière et musique…

Barry is a historical beach: it’s precisely the place where the first aqualung was tested by Cousteau and friends. It was hard to imagine that on this windy evening!
To be continued, of course, next year! But you will agree that, on the matter of light and music, it’s better than last year...
